At CLUÉ, we accept returns only if logged through our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns made after this period will be sent back to you and may incur charges.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and folded in their original packaging. Returns not meeting these conditions will be returned and charged.

  • Please try products carefully—avoid marks or stains, as items with any damage cannot be refunded.

  • Do not use scissors or knives to open your package; simply tear the outer packaging. Returns with cuts or marks from sharp objects will be rejected.

Inspect your order upon arrival. We only accept returns in original, resalable condition unless the item is faulty. For faulty products, notify us immediately upon receipt before removing tags by emailing photos to hello@lamaisonclue.com so we can assist you.

How to Return Your Items (UK & International)

  1. Scan the QR code on your order card or visit our [Returns Portal].

  2. Enter your Order Number and Email.

  3. Select items to return and the reason.

  4. Choose exchange, refund, or store credit (exchanges available for UK orders only).

  5. Select your preferred courier and arrange your own return shipping—costs apply.

  • Europe from €9.99

  • USA, UAE & Rest of World from $20.00

Returns will be processed within 7 working days after reaching our warehouse. Please track your return as we cannot respond to return status inquiries before this timeframe.
