Delivery Options

Cancel or Amend an Order

We process orders immediately to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible. Because of this, once your order is placed, we are unable to make amendments or cancellations.

However, we offer a 14-day return policy. Once you receive your items, please return them promptly. You can submit your return through our Returns Portal.

Received a Faulty Item?

If you receive a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the fault along with a detailed description.

Our Customer Service Team will assist you in arranging a return. The faulty item will be sent back to our warehouse for inspection by our Returns Team.

Please note that refunds or exchanges are not provided for products showing reasonable wear and tear rather than a fault.

Missing Something From Your Order?

Before contacting our Customer Service Team, please check the following:

  • Your items may have been sent in separate parcels. Check your emails for multiple tracking numbers.
  • If an item was out of stock, we will have emailed you and automatically refunded the missing item. Please check your junk/spam folder.

If you still believe an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, shipping address, and the full names of any missing items. Notifying us within this timeframe helps us provide the best support.

Our Customer Service Team will investigate your order dispatch and shipment to resolve the issue.

Received an Incorrect Item?

If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. Make sure to provide the name of the item you did not receive, along with clear images of the incorrect product and its barcode or packaging.

Our Customer Service Team will verify the issue, arrange for the incorrect item to be returned, and help send you a replacement—subject to stock availability.

Using Clearpay as a Payment Method?

Add your desired products to the cart and select Clearpay at checkout.

Enter a few personal details to get an instant approval decision.

Clearpay will email you confirmation and reminders when payments are due. You can manage your orders and payments via their platform.

Payments are split into 4 instalments, automatically taken every 2 weeks. The first instalment is paid at purchase.

No hidden fees — Clearpay is zero interest and free when you pay on time. Late payments may incur fees.

Using Klarna as a Payment Method?

How it works:

  1. Add products to your cart and select Klarna at checkout.
  2. Enter a few personal details to receive instant approval.
  3. Klarna will email confirmation and reminders, and you can manage payments in the Klarna app.

Pay in 3 interest-free instalments:

Spread the cost into 3 instalments with no interest or fees. The first payment is made at purchase, with the remaining two automatically scheduled every 30 days. Simply enter your debit or credit card details.

Klarna performs a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score.

This flexible payment option is an alternative to credit cards, allowing you to shop without hidden fees.

Note: Late payments may affect your ability to use Klarna in the future. Debt collection agencies are used only as a last resort.

You must be 18 or over and a UK resident to be eligible for this credit offer.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna (UK only).

All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments and encrypted for your safety.

Payments must be made before your order ships. We use Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for enhanced security.

All cardholders undergo validation and authorisation by their card issuer, with additional internal fraud checks.

Overseas customers’ charges may vary due to exchange rates applied by their card provider.

Note: PayPal is available for UK purchases only.
